THITA has been providing training in the field of Home Inspection for the past 18 years. The Distance Learning Course is outcomes based and the equivalent of an NQF Level 4 course. It was developed in conjunction with the ICG Group and Intec College. The Home Inspection Training Academy is endorsed by SASHI.

The course covers techniques and scope of inspection, various types of home inspections, equipment required to perform the inspections, legislation in South Africa and the Code of Ethics, the inspection process and producing an inspection report.
